QUESTS
[glow=red,2,300]Celerity [/glow]
The Vampire's action points normally recharge once every 30 minutes. Each level of Celerity reduces this by 5 minutes.
To get celerity you must go to a Traveller Guild - guild 1 if you don't have any level yet. Here you will receive a quest to retrieve various strange objects from various pubs.
You are then supposed to run to the pub, and after buying a drink you will again have three days to reach the next pub and so on.
Celerity(1): 4000 coins and 3 pubs
Celerity(2): 8000 coins and 6 pubs
Celerity(3): 17 500 coins and 12 pubs
It says Run. Can I use Teleportation/Transit ?
You are NOT allowed to use the transit. If you do - the barman will scold you for lazyness and you will have lost the money invested.
The use of Scrolls of Teleportation however is allowed - although that will get a little expensive... RavenBlack himself has stated that the reason you can use teleportation but not transit is that there is noone to tell the barman you cheated.
Also note that some quests for celerity 1 can fail if the pub one has to run to can not be reached using 3x48 AP - so do not buy the power with only 1 AP left and carry at least one scoll of teleportation with you!!!
Same goes for Celerity 2 quests.
If a pub is far away - don't drink of any humans or vampires on the way to not waste action points! If you have time left before needing to go into the pub - use that time to let your AP refill, but make sure you don't miss when you need to go and buy the drink...
Once you have Celerity 2 you will get well over 200 AP in 3 days, so you can always make the quest for Celerity 3 without scrolls if you play everyday.
Can one order any drink or does it have to be blood?
There are rumours that you can buy any type of drink and your quest will work. Try it with first byying just a beer and see - if the bartender hands you an item, you know even beer will work.

[glow=red,2,300]Charisma [/glow]
A vampire with Charisma can get directions from humans more quickly with less APs, and discounts on purchases (in pubs, 10%, 20% and 30%; in shops, 3%, 7% and 10% as level increases).
Charisma(1) 1,000 coins and Quest - Persuade 3 prestigious vampires.
Charisma(2) 3,000 coins and Quest - Persuade 6 prestigious vampires.
Charisma(3) 5,000 coins and Quest - Persuade 9 prestigious vampires.
QUEST: The Allurists Guild informs you that business near <streets names> has been slow lately. Persuade 3 (6, 9) prestigious vampires (with at least 500 blood) to visit <name of a pub> there and tell the bartender "<your vampire name> sent me". You have ten days. You must not set foot inside the pub yourself during the quest - drunks give us a bad name.

[glow=red,2,300]Locate [/glow]
With locate you can tell where another vampire is. The accuracy depends on the level; level 1 tells you distance, level 2 distance and direction and level 3 exact location. Locate will also tell you if a vampire is lost in shadows. It does not tell you locations of humans, shops, banks etc. Using locate takes 1 AP
To get locate you must first find an Empath Guild (number 1 if you don't have a level of locate yet) . There you will receive a quest to spill your blood around the city. For level 1 eg you will have 5 days to reach Aardvark and 1st (contrary to the barman they really mean the place where it says Aardvark and 1st) and say the word 'Check-Point' there. This will lose you 10 Bloodpoints for level 1, 15 for level 2 and 25 for level 3.. You will then again have five days to reach Aardvark and 100, then Zestless and 100 and finally Zestless and 1st, saying Check-Point and losing blood at each of them.
Higher levels send you on a different route; locate (2) e.g. has its checkpoints at every edge in the middle section of each side, while locate 3 takes place in the center.
Tips:
- using the transit shortens the journey.
- scrolls of teleportation can be helpful if you can't play every day.

[glow=red,2,300]Perception[/glow]
The power of perception does two things. It shows you any Vampire Hunter that is in your surrounding squares, by highlighting them, allowing you to choose weather you wish to hunt them before the Blood loss. It also highlights any vampire that is carrying 100+ coins on them (not 100% verified), as you can hear the 'clinking' of money.
All Allurists Guilds are able to teach vampires how to get the power of Perception. It costs 7500 coins to find out how to obtain it. Once you pay, you get a mission to find a Vampire Hunter and hunt him/her down. You get 10 days to complete this task. If you don't bite one, you fail the task.
Tips:
-If you have any Alt's, use them to find a hunter aswell. And get all the help you can!
-Carry a Scroll of Teleportation with you. If someone (alt, or friend) finds a hunter, you can Teleport to the location and finish your quest.
-The hunter may take quite alot of BP, so you may want to go for Stamina before you start the quest.
Also note, there is no guaranty of finishing this quest. Sometimes you have three hunters in a day, and sometimes you don't see one for months...

[glow=red,2,300]Neutrality [/glow]
If you have the Neutrality power at all, you can't use Holy Water or Scrolls of Turning.
You are rendered immune to the damaging effects of Scrolls of Turning (though you can still be moved).
You take reduced damage from Holy Water; the amount of reduction increases the more blood you have.
At level 3, you take only one damage from holy water - less than being drunk from by a vampire with Suction. Unlike the other powers, Neutrality can be removed, for a price.
Neutral vampires are highlighted in pink (going to red for level 3)
Neutral vampires can't give money to non-Neutral vampires, since that would be a breach of Neutrality.
Also, each time you steal as a Neutral vampire, half your take goes to the Peacekeepers; the same applies to normal vampires stealing from Neutral.
Where can I get it and what does it cost ??
The peacekeepers have nothing to be ashamed for, and are therefor also not a secret guild. This means they clearly show on the map and never move.
Peacekeepers Mission 1: Emerald and 67th.
Neutrality (1) 10000 coins
Removal: 10 000 coins
Peacekeepers Mission 2: Unicorn and 33rd
Neutrality (2) 10000 coins + 500 BP.
Peacekeepers Mission 3: Emerald and 33rd.
Neutrality (3) 10000 coins + 1000 BP
Can I still use scrolls of turning for the moving effect ?
The answer to this used to be no, but RavenBlack has recently changed it to yes
Tips:
Various vampires in the city look down on neutral vampires and will verbally assault you. Be prepared for that.
Allurists Guild 1: Charisma 1 (1 000 coins + quest), Perception (7 500 coins + quest)
Allurists Guild 2: Charisma 2 (3 000 coins + quest), Perception (7 500 coins + quest)
