Reese was very insure of how he was going to do this. He knew to settle his past and start living forward instead of this constant back wards walking he needed to deal with one person for most. Damon, the man that since Reese had joined Seppuku had been a constance vendetta. But why, why had he always been so set on blaming all his mistakes on Damon. Reese walked on to wards the lounge he had set up the meeting. The Lounge that belonged to his grandparents even if they technically speaking were not in his heart they always be, even more to Reese. As he arrived he walked inside and then walked on to a table in the back. His hand held the bottle of old rum he still had when Nightwalker and he had talked a long time ago.
sitting down Reese wondered if Damon would come or more why the hell he would come. The two had made a deal to only talk when needed and if they would ever fight, the fight would be between the two of them and only the two of them. No one would interfere. Reese smiled. The time they had discussed that had been one of the few times they actually had a normal conversation even if it had not ended that way. Reese shook his head. Even if he would never admit it to Damon or anyone else, he did respect the half pint high vampire. Reese looked at the way he looked. Blue-stone washed Jeans, a clean and ironed shirt and a jacket. On his feet he was wearing sneaker but black looking like leather. He had not dressed up because of Damon but the other party he had invited.
Chiru, his grandmother at all times. She he had invited to. Not because he was scared of Damon but more because he wanted the conversation to be civil and not stray. Reese respected Chiru to no end and he loved her like a child would love a grandmother even if in his mind it sometimes to him was unclear if she was his grandmother or his grand-it. Still he called her grandmother. She had always stood by him for advice and she had never judged him when he had done something wrong and when he had returned he had always found a caring word from her. Reese smiled but the smiled saddened a second.
Coming from his thoughts Reese looked at the door and then placed the crystal glasses on the table. Rum should be drank from a good glass or strait from the bottle. And now all he needed to do was wait for them to arrive.
