History: There are two separate stories about Heimdag, one from this very city itself and the other comes from rumours heard in some dark alley. The first one tells about how Heimdag was floating around in a world with no structure with other beings, they had names and that was it. There were no wars or hard words, they were just there - Heimdag and his Sire, everyone had their focus on how much blood they had or how their Childre fared.
Those days ended in the "Long Night" as it became known, cause suddenly there were a city! In opposite to how long the darkness had embraced them - just as fast did they all have a city to roam. Ohh... what magic those days held. With their new form, their state of mind changed, who would rule and who should be eradicated? Heimdag had already changed cause he had as a "spirit" tried to find a way to kill his Sire. He had seeked out a another in a plot for his Masters demise, Mooncalf. Mooncalf had this innovative mind that Heimdag could use to crush his Master once and for all, they did however never find him. Heimdags Sire had perished in the Long Night.
As many as they had been before the Long Night, few actually came thru alive and most who did - died away shortly after. Those who remained in the city formed clans, all chosing a clan after their own mind, most had this heartaching and mushy approach, "we should all agree and we can all be friends". Heimdag joined as the seventh member in the Capadocian Clan. Soon he was a House Leader, at certain points Heimdag was more Capadocian then Capadocious.
Only once in his years in RavenBlack City had Heimdag meet death, his killer was Unicorn, whom later became his sister in the congregation under the Revenant EvilBill. Clone War, the Indipendence War, the Rift War, the Capadocian Wars 1 and 2, the zeroing of RavenBlack himself did Heimdag play a small part in even though RavenBlack never got completly zeroed, the destruction of the Empire, basically every war that had happened did Heimdag have a finger in except for the latest war - the Endurence War as he called it.
The second story is about a boy who joins the Swedish army and walks out into a Europe torn with war, and where he became a vampire around 1632. The killing grounds provided a good supply of food, switching armies to follow the easy food source until he finally came to settle down in RavenBlack City.
Many things have been said about Heimdag, some called him a Destroyer and some called him a Kingsmaker, which is true? He chukled with childish joy of others misery and yet he listened and gave soothening advice to others. Indeed, to some he was a builder, he helped create clans that stood high and mighty for long periods of time, the Capadocians, the Amici Noctis, the Shadow Court and the Church of Blood. Generations of vampires had come and passed on to nothingness, yet he was there.
Making promises was something Heimdag considered only liars would do, cause they had not kept their word before and now they had to promise to be believed! No, Heimdag was not one of those who did promise anything at all, but he kept his word. Sometimes Heimdag whispered secrets with his own kin and sometimes he wanted to tell them all his secrets as he did with the engraving of the doubledoors to the Family Shrine;
"Ghastly we look upon the world as time passes by... we know for every Light there is Darkness and for every Darkness there is a Light, the Balance shifts from time to time... from one to another. But do you know where true Power lies? It lies with those who can walk the fine lines of both darkness and light... the ones who not only call upon the powers of darkness but also the powers of light ...twisting either side to their whim or will. Only the Gods hold such power, no mere immortal, we all exist somewhere wihtin the balance of night and day... The question within... all of us... are where in the pendulum do we sway? At any one point it could change and we with it, thus more power to the Gods. We are mere puppets of the True Immortal hands, given a sense of will ...to feel free ...undead or alive ...yet we are all trapped in the power struggle of the swinging clock....tick tock...left to right...night and day...the war continues...so must we... Until we meet true Death before the end of time itself...".
