The tears slowly seep.Genernal Information Chosen Name: Adrian Alexis Ishikifumei-Draconimon Real Name: Adrian Herrick Full Name: Adrian Alexis Herrick Name Meanings: Adrian is taken from of Hadrianus. Changed from a deep dark brown when he gained his voice back the night he lost his left arm. The scream his voice gave out paled his hair dramatically, but it has a angelic glow. Eyes: Deep honey amber, changing different color ambers that fits his emotions. His right eye is his only working eye considering the fact that his left eye was sealed because for Steven Herrick [won’t say father, Adrian considers him a monster]. He keeps a heavy black blindfold over his bad eye, leaving his right eye in working use. When See has made him bind, a soft, almost unnoticed white fills the deep black pupil. Height/Weight: Short standards, gives him a cute outlook. 5’’3’/120lbs. Skin: Sickly pale, beautiful however with an angelic glow, and rather healthy. Body Structure: Not so strong, and muscular. He looks a bit thin, and frail, well shaped, and can pack a punch. His left arm was lost, and replaced with a auto-mail arm Alexis was working on with help from DA’s friend, Blaze to attach it. Processions: Gold Dagger: Silver blade, with a golden handle that holds a ruby in the center. + Used by his Sister in her death Semi Automatic: Custom designed + Fathers gun; killed his little brother Personality: In General Adrian is sweet, and normally one to shy away. He has a big heart one would say, however with a short fuse, and strong temper. He can be easily annoyed, and finds the littlest flaws if he doesn’t like something. He isn’t a spoiled brat, oh no. He isn’t. He never owned something as close to over $100 in his life, so he has no reason to be spoiled. Adrian is also normally one to be awfully serious, and sometimes way beyond critical. He isn’t one to trust easily, but there are times he’d let that slip, unless he gets to know the person more, depending on they’re attitude, and actions towards Adrian, it varies between him trusting, or shunning away completely. He judges through attitude, and actions, more then appearance. Adrian is one to be easily hurt, if it comes to it. He won’t show it, because it’s known he has a large pride and dignity issues, but there are times you will know if he’s quite, or mostly staying away from things, like away from the person that hurt him, but he won’t speak about it. He gets tense a bit easily, when asked questions about his past. He hates thinking back for the sound reason, it makes him cry. And crying….literately pains him. It’s also easy to tell if he’ll ever crush on someone, he’ll spend more time with that certain someone just to keep close to them. It’s his habit, and it can’t really be changed. Adrian’s soft spoken, and shows a bit more of his childish soul. He’s loyal to his sire, and help in any way. Being that DA seems more like a father to him, he gives his trust fully, despite his past with his real father. But he doubts that DA would be the same as that monster who was his father in the past. He’ll be respectful, and a bit shy. He has a habit of hiding sometimes, when he feels like he says something childish. Knowing Adrian’s soft heart, and how he’s slowly becoming, if DA was to get hurt, he’ll hurt as well, thinking if he hurt, the pain will leave his sire. Alexis: A mix. Soft heated, or stone cold. Alexis has a temper problem sometimes, or thinks he can push Adrian to listen to him. But Adrian always pushes back, and it ends up with the two of them in a fit of rage, till they say sorry to each other after about, 10 minutes? They can’t be without each other. They’re like real brother’s and depend on each other, meaning sometimes they’ll fight like brothers too. Kyle: Very shy, and he can act a bit childish - in means that he’ll probably hide away like a child hiding away from they’re parent’s. He’s soft spoken, and sometimes tongue tied. He holds a crush for the kid, and only Alexis knows about it, but he doesn’t want to speak about it seeing as he feels like he’s silly. They met when Adrian still didn’t have his voice, and nothing went wrong with him. It was from there that Adrian developed a small crush, that seemed to grow a lot. There are times he doesn’t know how to act around him, or even want to say. He can become timid, but when allowed, he’ll be playful, laughing and making jokes to make Kyle laugh. He doesn’t like the fact that Alexis doesn’t like Kyle much, and tries to get them to get along, but it’s fruitless. He tries his best though. [/ul] Likes: Reading; Learning; Wondering; Rain; Storms; Good music; Hanging around Alexis; Being right; Challenges; Getting stronger Dislikes/Hates: Disappointing those he cares about; Being away from Alexis for too long; Being told what to do; Being pushed around; snobs; being bitched at; yelling; being alone much Fears: His curse; His past; Himself Weaknesses: Loosing Alexis; Loosing everything and anything he grows to care about Habits:- Stays away when angry. - Stays away from a person that hurts him. - Messing with his black blindfold when bored - Curses when something doesn’t go his way. - Rubs the back of his neck when nervous. - Stays quite/can't help but tear when Hear speaks to him harshly. Companions Name: Akio {A-kee-o} Nickname: Ak; Aki; Age: Unknown Species: Sprite Gender: Male Personality:This little guy is very ….very hyper active. He can never tire unless Adrian’s sleeping, then he’d cuddle along with the boy. He’s very active, in means, he’ll fly here, and there. He’s also very clumsy, but awfully adorably nonetheless. He can be quite annoying, very pushy when it comes to him wanting attention. He’s affectionate when Adrian is very happy about sometimes, and very friendly to anybody he meets, unless he knows the person would cause a threat to Adrian. Abilities:+ Sonic: High, very high pitched screech, which can break a human ear-drum apart, and tear a bit at a foreign creature (Ex: Vampires, demons) This happens when he’s distressed, and it’s awfully hard to calm him down. + A Third Ear: When Adrian lost his sense of hearing, Akio’s called for the soul purpose that the small thing can sit on his shoulder, an be Adrian’s ears. Connecting mentally to Adrian’s mind, in order to intercept what is being said, so he doesn’t miss a thing. Name: Wolfie Nickname: Wolf; Blackie Age: Unknown Species: Unknown/Appears wolf-like Gender: Male Personality:Playful, and awfully cuddly. He likes to lay on Adrian on any chance he gets, even lay on Alexis if the spirit would allow it. He loves cuddling with a person, and adores meeting knew people that could do a good in Adrian’s happiness. He was created after all, by a mother’s love, and with that, given to Adrian when he met the Goddess of love, seeing as it was made in her home. Wolfie’s active, and can be very playful, and be down right mean when he wants to be. Abilities:+ Sonic: The same as Akio’s, but very different, and harsh. He can’t be calmed down at all, only sedated, for he gets awfully distressed if Adrian was wounded in any way. He won’t calm down till things are better. + Teleportation: He’s able to appear one area, to be in the next area in the next second. Does a lot of good for Adrian when he wants to get to a place quickly, all Adrian has to do is place a hand on his head.

Chosen Name: Alexis Wish Ishikifumei-Draconimon Full Name: ( Doesn’t have a real full name) Alexis Wish Ishikifumei Name Meaning(s): Alexis taken from the name Alexius. From the Greek name Áëåîéïò (Alexios) which meant "helper" or "defender", derived from Greek áëåîù (alexo) "to defend, to help". A czar of Russia has borne this name. Wish desire something: to have a strong desire for something. Ishikifumei meaning Senseless in Japanese. Adopted last name from Adrian. Nickname(s): Alex; Ghost/Ghosty { To those who see him in spirit/ghost form} Title(s): The Senseless' Spirit Guardian Gender: Male Sexual Orientation: Bi Martial Status: Single D.O.B: July 3, 2006 Age: 1 Star sign: Gemini Birth Stone: Emerald/Panna Birth Flower: Water Lily Race: Spirit ( Pocession of a human body) Alignment: Neutral Basic Appearance:Being just a bit taller then Adrian, standing full at 5’’5’, Alexis is mild built. He doesn’t look strong, but he’s fast, and durable, and seeing as the body isn’t his, and he only processes it, he holds a lot of stamina. His hair is a deep, bright shade of silver white, just to the rim of the back of his neck, and his eyes the deepest of baby blue. His skin is deathly pale, and soft. A ghostly white color, and a tattoo hidden under his silver bangs, but shown a lot, which is over his left eye; A pentagon star at the very top, on his forehead dragging down a jagged to the base of his top lid, and tracing down to the bottom lid, the final tip landing just a bit and dully on his cheek. He’s fairly slim, and light weight, probably around 100lbs, maybe lower. Personality: In GeneralAlexis is more on the tough side. He’s overly protective of Adrian, and would do anything to know that he is safe. He treats him like an older/younger brother, deepening on they’re attitude towards each other a lot. He’s grown to not trust too much, and ends up pushing Adrian away from a person he senses will hurt him. Alexis has been right in the past, so Adrian allows this. But he’ll allow Adrian to socialize, and coaxes him to do so. He wants Adrian to get out of his depression a lot, whist he doesn’t show any type of depression, just a touchy attitude when it comes to someone flirting with Adrian. Call it jealously, call it brotherly love, either way, Alexis will fend off whoever flirts with Adrian, unless it was a friend that had a crush on him, then he’d stick to the sideline to make sure Adrian isn’t hurt. If he is, to hell with Adrian being friends with that person, he’s going to kick ass. Alexis isn’t the type to really socialize, but when he does, he’s quite out going, and childish when he gets to know the person well. Alexis is normally quite shy, but soft and more kind. Sure, he didn’t know at first that DA was Adrian’s sire, only a changed version of himself from who he saw a year ago, so he was pretty much a stick up the ass, but he softened, and figuring out that he’s Adrian’s sire. He’s normally quite, and speaks only when spoken to. Brief words, and nothing much. But if he had a chance, he’d speak fully on. It was Wise that beat Alexis down into figuring that DA cared a lot for Adrian, so it was then he learned to trust him fully. Kyle: Oh what a fun relationship. They don’t get along for nothing, even if Alexis is happy, and glad Adrian is crushing on someone, he just won’t get along. Pretty much stuck up, and dark-ass with Kyle, he won’t show his good side to the kid for nothing. Not even a second, or allow Kyle to know that he doesn’t mind him with Adrian. Fact is he wants to see if Kyle can handle not having Adrian’s brother [himself] like him at all. But it’s also secretly he has a fear that Adrian might pull away from him because of Kyle, which is a small grudge, and nonetheless childish in Alexis part, but he can’t help it. He loves his brother a lot, and doesn’t want him pulled away. However there are times Alexis will give in, and be nice to the kid. Rarely.[/ul] Likes: Reading; floating about; learning; Hanging out with Adrian; Nighttime stars; Moonlight; Sitting on clouds when he's a spirit; Haunting for the hell of it; Scaring the staff in Dranconmion Mansion.; Adrian's soft singing Dislikes/Hates: For Adrian/DA to get hurt; For Akio to wake Adrian up in a much needed sleep; Leaving his body for too long; Hear; Hear being a bitch to Adrian; Having to fight; Any harm coming to Adrian; Snobs; Punks; Smartasses; and Disrespect Fear: Loosing Adrian/DA, he considers them as his close family; Adrian getting hurt; Loosing his body. Weaknesses: Decayed body; Adrian getting harmed, it's a melt down for him; Graveyards, his body instantly dies, and his spirit is left to float about till he's out of the area Abilities:- Possession: Alexis is a natural spirit, he can look like a ghost as well, enabling him to scare people sometimes for need, or for fun. He can possess a body, like the body he’s hosting currently. But with being a natural spirit, he has a little problem flying about in that form. Accidentally going through walls, and what not. Quiet amusing to Adrian.
- Combat: With they’re travels, Alexis took training into combat, learning to maneuver with a sword, and dagger, as well as fighting hand to hand. He’s not perfect, but he’s getting to a level strong enough.

The Voices Currently, Adrian has a strong hold upon them now, so it varies between his grip, and they’re grip to what happens- See: Causes Adrian to go blind, when Adrian is either in doubt, or wishes not to see what is going on. With Adrian’s grip upon See so much tighter, and growing tighter, he can easily decide when he wishes to be blind himself. His sense of sight is the weakest, so it’s easier for him to be blind sometimes.
- Hear: Causes Adrian to go depth, loosing all sense of hearing. It usually happens when Adrian is either being yelled at, or told something he doesn’t like. Adrian’s grip upon it it’s slightly weak for his sense of hearing as been trained to be stronger for when he was blind, so if he doesn’t go depth, he’ll be in a bit of a jam.
- Speak: Causes the think black threads to seal his lips. It’s both painful, and aggravating, because the seal happens when he’s about to say something strong. (Ex: “I hate you”, “I love you”, “Leave”)
Roleplaying Abilities: Key: In Red is what Adrian needs to speak for the ability to work. Some may repeat.- Sound: With a sudden wish, or a simple saying, Adrian could make everything go depth, or in better terms, mute. He learned it from an old ancient book Alexis has, and seems to be learning a lot more from the book as he wished. The power over Sound is greatly weak however, and causes Adrian to loose his sense of sight sometimes, when used too suddenly, without preparation.
Spell: Shinkan meaning Silence. Mokumoku meaning Mute. Kyuushi meaning Pause.
- Speech: He discovered he can control the voice of humans only, it would seem. So far that power proves to be the strongest. Seeing as he gained his voice back. He'll be able to hold the voice for longer
Spell: Mokumoku meaning Mute. Nantomo meaning Quite.
- Sight: He can make a simply human blind when he wants to. It's the same as the others, using the spells he learned. The power is quite weak, but getting there with proper training.
Spell: Buraindo meaning Blind. Kurayami meaning Darkness.
Weaknesses:-
Lost Voice: Due to the fact his voice is lost to people’s ears, he can’t use his powers much, because the spell is needed to be said, and he has just a small voice, which he saves for such an occasion. {Gained his voice back.}
- See/Hear/Speak: With they’re power combined, SeeHearSpeak is able to actually shut Adrian’ down completely, and cause him to sleep more then usually, sometimes making him sleep for months, without waking, for the fact it shuts down all his senses. This happens rare however. When they shut Adrian down when he's awake however, it's very hard to get Adrian to calm down for the fact he doesn't like not able to see, or hear. He gets really nervous when he doesn't know what's going on around him.
- Broken Concentration: when he looses concentration, Adrian can’t focus till he regains it, leaving him open for anything to happen. There are times, when he can’t focus, he’ll daze slightly, before breaking away from what ever is happening.
- Speak: So far, the strongest part of his curse is Speak, and at any given moment, Adrian lips are sealed, and he needs to speak, he’s in for it, because a sound won’t leave him, and he’s forced to give in, or run. Knowing Adrian, he’ll do neither.
See No Evil Each voice has to belong to someone, and this voice is no different. It took a lot of getting to, and figuring out, but See is actually the God of Light. However, he’s rather harsh to Adrian, but only when he does something that is against his nature. Other wise, he’s sweet, and loving to him. And doesn’t make him blind for his own good, no, See makes him blind for his own good, and willingly listens to him. They hold a lot in common it would seem, as well. Adrian sometimes tends to hide behind See against the others, for they’re harsher, and hold a pleasure to making him suffer, especially Hear. There is no easy control over See however, when he feels Adrian should see something, he automatically, without warning, cuts off the power to use his eyes. With that, each time, the wounded eye Adrian has, heals with the rest, and when he has his sight again, it can flutter just a bit, however the eye is still white, and bluish, in sign that it can’t be used. But with time, [or with help in quicker healing] Adrian will have his left eye back. The God of Light, isn’t God, god, just one of the many god’s and goddesses, along side with the Goddess of Darkness, he helps create an emotional balance, as well as rational thinking inside Adrian. So, even if the curse is bad, and painful, they bring something good within the young teen. With Alexis, he be seen. The spirit can see other Spirits, any kind. And that also means the dear spirits that are owners of the See voice, God of Light. Hear No Evil The Goddess of Darkness. A down right bitch, harsh and cruel. She holds no heart to what ever pain she could bring to Adrian, and doesn’t care about the boy at all. If the God of Light wasn’t there in Adrian as well, the dear boy would’ve had an even colder heart, then Darkness herself. She balances Adrian, that is true. She can have a heart once in a while, when Adrian’s in danger, and she’s slowly softening around the boy, but that’s only to Adrian, to Alexis, she’s just down right evil. And to anybody else for that matter, unless they can shut her running mouth. She has a hobby, loved and devoted to insulting people. She’s the reason why Adrian is so down on himself sometimes, and can’t help his depression. Her words are ice when it comes to Adrian sometimes, mentioning this and that, just to break the boy into being what she is, but The God of Light always steps in quick enough to draw Adrian away from his depression. There always an easy way to control Hear, and the only way is to snap back to her. When pushed to the point, Adrian has a hard headed look into life, and he can snap at her. Alexis is one as well to shut the Goddess up. There are times, when Speak is set into a defensive mode, she’ll snap right back at Hear, without hesitating. And with what the Goddess Speak is, she’ll run her mouth till Hear turns the other cheek. Speak No Evil Speak, the Goddess of Wisdom. Soft and kind hearted. She’s pretty much the most bearable within Adrian’s mind. She’s soft spoken, and shy, and always sticks by Adrian to make sure he’s safe, and has the right words when he speaks. She also allows Adrian to borrow her voice seeing as the teen doesn’t have his anymore. She’s changed when she was discovered into a soft heart, and always looking out for him. Yes, sure, Hear gets to her, and she tends to stay away from Adrian sometimes, for the God of Light, always speaks to her, and gets her to return back to his side, and protect him, while he knocks some sense into Darkness’ head. Of course, he’d never really hit her. Words hit harder after all. Controlling Speak is very simple, Adrian speaks to her mentally, and he’s able to ask for her help, she’d willingly give it out, as long as Adrian is in the right state of health, and energy. She’ll lend his voice, but there are times she’ll seal his lips, afraid that his words will turn around and hit him hard back. The thread, she never meant for it to hurt him, and thus she’d made it thinner, and more flexed. And the signal of sealing his lips, makes Adrian think more rationally of what was going to leave his mouth.

It Should have Never been. _________________________________________________ Born into a world I didn’t know, everything turned around the minute I blinked and cried A life that never should have been held, never should have been lived, was what came for a new born child. It was a mid-day June 3, 1989 - Adrian Alexis Herrick was born into a adoring family. With a sister that was just giddy with the new arrival to the family. She was a mere eight year old. His mother, went by the name of Jenny, and his father, by the name of Steven. They held a loving life. Steven was a successful business man, Jenny was a house wife, and Hazel talented in her dancing. Adrian was coming into a good family - healthy and lucky for the chance to live normally. His bright blue eyes staring happily at his mother, as he sat in her arms. She was being wheeled to the car, by her loving husband. It was a grand day. They arrived at the Victorian style house, meeting Hazel at the door, who was quickly able to hold the child, and giggled softly as Adrian poked at her nose curiously. He was taken to his bed room, a swirl of a beautiful colored blue, and greens around. He giggled and clapped his hands happily at the shadows that shown from the canopy of his crib. A father’s smile thrown down at him, proud, and happy for a son.
He grew up like a normal baby in a happy home - health, and learning in his own little baby steps. It wasn’t till he turned six years old, that he felt something was going to be different, when his father came home, seemingly depressed. He didn’t even lift Adrian up like he’d normally do when coming home from work. Adrian simply sat on the window lounge in the living room, staring at his father with curious amber eyes. Steven simply sat on the couch, growing bitter with each passing second. When the news came to the family, they had to move out of they’re loving, and sweet home, into a lousy apartment dump. It didn’t start out rocky, Jenny and Steven tried to make the best of it. But everything just went down hill when Steven fell into his own self pity. He started to drink, and became overly aggressive. Attacked Hazel or Jenny when ever he was angry, or just randomly out of no where. Adrian stood in his room most of the time. Hazel rather not having him around the house while they’re dad was on a meltdown. Adrian was unaware of what went on. His father abusive, his mother holding no love, and Hazel trying to be the strongest out of the small family. She took it all in, acting like nothing was happening in school, smiling and playing with Adrian so he wouldn’t feel so alone.
It was out of the young boys knowledge that Hazel was being sexually abused by his father, or his mother disowning them entirely. It was out of his mind, that everything would turn out like this. But it did, and there was no turning back from a life of fate. It wasn’t till he turned 10 years old, did he think things would better. He spoke too soon. Even if the abuse was calmed down, the screaming, and yelling minimize of pretty much once a day. He thought things would brighten up. He even thought that with the new baby coming into the family, his father would drop the act, and find a job to support them, and help they’re mother who was working a two shift. Till that night, he held a nightmare. A nightmare that showed his family falling apart. One, by one. Painfully. He woke up with a fright, his eyes wide, and his forehead dripping sweat. He held onto his blanket, and looked around, not seeing Hazel in bed, across from his, for they shared the room. The moonlight spilled into the room like a heavy river of sadness that consumed Adrian. He blinked his eyes, and jumped out of bed, to fetch a glass of water. But because he wasn’t tall enough to reach the cabinets in the kitchen, he went into the bathroom to step on the small stood Hazel had for him, for the mornings when he’d brush his teeth. The small boy simply opened a simple dirty white door, to reveal something not so nice, or simple, or even…right. There Steven was, over a half naked, whimpering, and crying Hazel. She held her eyes tight till the door opened, and she looked to Adrian. Embarrassed, ashamed, and frightened for her little brother. Out of rage, Steven through a beer bottle aimed at Adrian’s head, he moved just enough to just get knocked down, but everything went black. He thought he blacked out, till he realized he could still move.
With a fear, he stood up, and backed away out of the bathroom. He couldn’t see a thing. Everything was dark, and shadowy. He couldn’t make out what was what, ending up falling back a bit, and wincing at the trickling feel of blood down the side of his head. He breathed in a rapid breath, and cried out, causing Hazel to jump from her father’s grip, and rush over to him, not caring of the cursing, and blows she received, she held Adrian as tight as she could, comforting him. When her mother walked in through the door, she held no expression. She simply snapped up, causing Steven to go over, and begin to beat her. She saw it coming, and just crouched over taking it. Hazel didn’t realize, but she took the blows, just to keep them away form Hazel and Adrian. It wasn’t till a week later was Adrian able to see. He had gotten use to the yelling, shouting, crying, screaming, smashing, the sound of someone falling on the floor, kicks, stammers, stutters, drunken voice of his father, cries of Hazel, his mother’s cries, yet harsh words. He gotten use to it all, but it didn’t mean he liked a bit of it. When he opened his eyes, he found himself in Hazel’s arms. Adrian shredded a tear for his sister, looking at her. She rocked him softly. She was so beaten, and bruised. Her beautiful face seemed to be darkened from it’s natural glow with depression, and deep buries, and cuts. It scared Adrian to much. “Oh Hazel..” he spoke shakily. “Shhh…we’ll get through this little brother.” she whispered into his ears. Adrian shaking up so badly, he clung to his sister, and gulped. It was then, with so much of a meltdown, did he fall in to becoming blind again, and welcomed it. See no evil.
It Should have Never happened. _________________________________________________ What lies more then what you see, is the words you hear
Life never planned to get better. It just got worst…and worst….and worst. Jenny discovered about Steven’s abuse towards Hazel. She didn’t call the cops. She didn’t push Steven out the door. What did she do? Call Hazel a slut. A whore. A wretch. A bitch. Everything that came to her mouth, she spilled. It was harsh, and cruel. “You like it you piece of fifth.” “Mother please…I hated it. I hated it!” “You liked it. Fess up, other wise I would’ve known earlier.” “You make it sound easy. I couldn’t, he would’ve hurt Adri if I did.” “Bull shit!” Adrian sat in the very corner of the sofa, hearing every word. Every sound, every scream, every sob. Everything hurt him. From the mental to the physical. It hurt. And he had enough. Crying, screaming, yelling, and cursing himself. He couldn’t take it anymore. “STOP!! JUST f**kING STOP IT!!! SHE DIDN’T LIKE IT!!! SHE ISN’T A whore!!! MOMMY WHY DO YOU SAY SUCH THINGS!!!?” he cried out. He didn’t care for the beatings, the kicks, and punches, slams, as his mother just watched with silent tears at what her so called husband did to Adrian as he cried, and screamed out in dismay of everything. He sobbed, and didn’t stop it. He had enough of trying to be brave. He just…cracked.
That night his father fell down into the lowest. Pulling him out of his comfy bed, and into the bathroom. Locking it up. He pinned down Adrian on the bathroom floor, as the boy squirmed, and cried silently to be let free, his mouth having been gagged so he wouldn’t make a sound other then whimper. Why would his father want to hear him whimper? It brought a pleasure to the sick twisted bastard. With a rather large needle and thread, and a smirk placed over his lips, he crouched over, and started to sew Adrian’s left eye shut. It was when he was moving to on the other, did Hazel awake, and broke out from her bed immediately. She kicked down the door with all her strength, and pulled up the jar from the shelf, and smashed it over Steven’s head, knocking him out, as he fell over, and also hit his head against the tub. She lifted Adrian’s weak frail body up, crying at his condition. His eye bleeding, and his muttering, and whimpering cut off weakly because of the immense blood loss, as well as numbing pain.
Running out of the house, to the only people who cared about her, and her little brother, to the only ones who would help Adrian, Hazel found herself knocking on Kevin’s door, his mother being Hazel’s and Adrian’s doctor. The rain poured down hard on the girl who held Adrian ever-so-protectively in her arms, whimpering softly. The lights in the house turned on, and Kevin appeared sleepily at the door, blinking as the light caught Hazel’s face, and he immediately called for his mother, coaxing her inside. “C’mon, let’s get you dried up.” he said caringly, as he sat her in the sofa, even if she protested that she’d wet it, he wouldn’t hear it. His mother came down before he came back with a towel, her pale hand falling over her mouth to suffocate a gasp at Hazel’s appearance, as well as her brother, who was numbly asleep, blacking out from the pain as well as the blood loss. “Oh my god, Hazel we got to get him to a hospital.” her voice dripping with concern. Hazel looked down to Adrian, heartbroken as she shook her head. “Mrs. Hanson, you know I can’t….I have no money for it, and there’s no way I’m going to let you pay…” she said softly, her voice softly sobbing as Kevin came in, and wrapped a towel around her, gently prying Adrian away from her to lay him on the sofa across, wrapping his small boy in a towel. “..Oh Hazel, if I only I can do something to get you out of there.” Mrs. Hanson said softly, as she passed a hand through Hazel’s dripping wet hair, and walked over to her room. She came back soon after with a first aid kit, seeing Hazel knelt down besides Adrian, with her hand in his small one.
Comforting her, Kevin pulled her away, and Mrs. Hanson hovered over Adrian’s left eye, taking out the thread that strung his eye closed, and softly dabbing it clean, before pulling out anesthetic and shooting s small dose of it in Adrian, in order to re-close the eyelid. She held no hope that it would heal normally. All the while Hazel sobbed softly, cursing at her self for not taking precaution, and having Adrian in her bed with her, or even staying awake for once. It was with a heavy heart she blamed herself…she didn’t blame her family, no herself. She felt like she could’ve done something to prevent this.
It was mid after noon of the next day, Hazel walked back into her filth of an apartment, ignoring her father’s glare, and cursing about where she’s been, as she carried Adrian’s sleeping form in her arms, with a black blindfold over his left eye, Mrs. Hanson kindly gave him. They pleaded her not to go back, but she knew she had to. It was a gut feeling. She walked into they’re bed room, seeing they’re mother, so sadly looking outside of the bedroom window, with arms crossed over her shape, her body pale - merely wearing a roughed up T-shirt, and jeans. Hazel silently walked in, it was the movement that caught in the glass that alerted her mother that she was there. Jenny turned around, instantly laying eyes on Adrian’s bed, and seemed to sob, but made not a sound. Hazel looked to her worryingly, “Mom, what’s wrong?” Hazel asked softly. Jenny seemed to chuckle, looking at her daughter sadly. “After all I put you through…you still call me mom…” She bit her lip and looked back outside, trying not to cry any further. “He…killed him…” was all that left Jenny’s lips, to alert Hazel. Hazel quickly gained footing, and bolted out of the room, across the hall to they’re parents room. The crib…it was empty, with small stains of blood.
Hazel gulped, her eyes watering over, as she wondered back into they’re bedroom, and leant against the door-frame, watching Jenny sob against Adrian’s chest as he slept. ‘Guess…it takes a child’s death, for a mother to love her kids again..’ Hazel thought sadly, before she started to walk inside of the room, and sat at the window sill, her eyes looking to her mother with a new dread flashing in her deep blue eyes. “Mom?” all fell silent, a slam of glass, and the door shutting close harshly alerted that Steven was no longer in the house. Jenny looked down to Adrian, gently pushing a hair out of his eyes, as she gulped back her tears, and looked up to Hazel. “We…we have to get out of here…Get your brother’s cloths in a bag, and your own…I’ll go pack some stuff myself…” she said with a slight difficulty, as she stood up slowly from the corner of Adrian’s bed, and managed to get back inside of her room. Hazel did nothing, but merely walk to they’re shattered closet, and pulled out the bags that they used to move in here. It was quickly that she packed up a few outfits for Adrian, as her mother walked back in to hand something over to Hazel, when the door was knocked on softly. “I’ll go get it…Adrian’s waking, get him ready.” Jenny said softly, as she existed the room again, and walked on over to the door, pulling it open with a groan of protest. “Ma’am.” an officer said in greets, as he briefly bowed his head, a female next to him smiling sadly. “Yes? Can I help you officers?” She asked with a small concern showing in her voice. “Are you wife to a Steven Herrick?” the female officer asked softly, reading from a piece of paper, the name. “Yes..” She said, hesitantly, as she hugged her arms over her stomach. “I’m sorry to inform you Mrs. Herrick…your husband died…drunk driving accident.” The officer said both apologetically and sadly. Jenny bit her bottom lip, her eyes watering softly. Even if in the inside the dear mother of the two felt almost happy about his death, she cried for the man she once knew and loved.
A few days later, and the funeral was held for Steven Herrick. Paid by his ex-coworkers as well as some family members. It was a sad day, only Hazel held no tears in her eyes for the man that was once her father, nor did Adrian, for he merely stared down at the casket as it was lowered with a blank expression. He was becoming quite tall, and very healthy looking, then when he looked three days ago, along with his sister, who’s cuts, and bruises were hidden with make-up. Adrian still held the blindfold over his bad eye, his dark brown locks hanging softly over the blindfold, as his arms tightly hugged around Hazel’s waist. Jenny held her daughter’s hand, with a dread in her eyes, as well as the fact that she held tears. She cried, because she couldn’t believe she allowed him to do all that he did…but it happened, and she was trying to make it up to her kids at best as she could. A lovingly family member made his presence known, walking up to the now smaller family, his hand at his chest with a sad look across his face as everybody slowly started to walk away as the grave-diggers were beginning to cover the hole. “I’m sorry for your loss, Jenny. He was a great man.” he said softly and Jenny merely nodded, with rolling tears. Adrian looked confused, and cared, as he looked up to Hazel, mouthing ‘I can’t hear anything’ to her. Hazel crouched down, and took Adrian into her arms, lifting the boy, as his arms fell around her neck. “Don’t worry Adri, it’s something that I had a feeling would happen…” a soft mental voice of his sisters crossed into his mind, and he blinked owlishly to her, before relaxing. If she said it was fine, then he held no worry to it. Everything was falling into place, and was getting better…he hoped. For now, with his lost in sound, all he can do is Hear no evil.
It Should have Never fallen _________________________________________________ Words are strong, and they hurt. Words are spoken, words of heartbroken
The times, they changed. And the times, changed so much, Adrian felt like he never really had a horrid life. Jenny, his mother, became a secretary in a law office firm. He was healthy, and healing, his sister, she was smiling. A real full smile. Adrian was a boy again, a growing one. Being at the age of 13 already. He couldn’t believe two years ago was a reality, and made his mind think of it as a caught nightmare, in which he woke up recently. They gained loans from family members, and with that, they bought a nice little house, and didn’t have to pay the family back. They earned a lot from they’re no-good father, and it was a plus. Hazel held up school well, Adrian loved to learn, and Jenny loved her kids to the death of her, and made a vow not to re-marry. She didn’t want her family broken down again, she’d only date if she had the time, other wise, she’d spend as much time as she could with her two angels.
Hazel wondered by the door of Adrian’s room, catching sight of him at his little desk, in the computer, playing little Disney games like he was some kind of 10 year old. She giggled softly, and leant her body against the door frame, with a soft sign, as she walked into the room. “Adri, there’s something I got to tell you about.” She said softly, as she stood next to him, at the computer. Adrian pried his eye from the screen, and looked to he with a gentle, but curious smile on his lips. “Yea?” he asked, turning in his chair, and putting the computer to sleep. Hazel’s eyes gently swept over Adrian’s room, covered with drawings; he’d taken up a hobby, like the psychiatrist said. His drawings were so cute, and some were amazing if he placed some work into them. “Adrian, remember how…sometimes you went blind, or deaf?” she asked softly, inclining her head to tilt down to look to the boy, before she knelt down in front of him, leaning her back against the cool metal of his desk. “Yea…I remember” he replied, now really curious of what she knew about those occurrences. Hazel bit her lip, she remembered three; no sight, no sound, no speech. But she has yet to see Adrian without his voice. “..that’s my fault…I really think that wasn’t going to work till you couldn’t see, and then you could hear..” she spoke softly, kneeling on her kneels with apologetic, and sad expression crawling into her face. Adrian seemed in shock, and tilted his head to the side. “Ever since our left went down straight to hell…I wished, I prayed, I did anything I could think of that would make you not suffer the sight, the sound or even speak of what was going on, but I didn’t think it would happen.. And…I’m so sorry…I didn’t mean to…but it happened, and…I have no control over it.” She said sadly, her head falling down to look to the floor with a soft sigh.
“Now sweetie…I do believe there’s another part to this weird…curse.” she said softly, and Adrian nodded, pulling open the drawer to his desk, and pulling out a aged book that read the words ‘See no evil, Hear no Evil, Speak no evil’ in the very cover. “I…guessed as much.” he mumbled, passing a hand over the cover, and placing it on his lap. She looked up at him, and then the book, staring at the cover for a minute, before looking back up at him. “Ad..Adrian, you read that?” she asked, slightly shocked at what a 13 year old was doing with a old, very old book that looked higher then his status in learning. “Yup. I wanted to know what I was dealing with…and I found this book in the library in fantasy…” he explained softly, and smiled a bit. Hazel smiled brightly, and hugged him close. “Your going to be a smart-ass one day.” She joked, before she pulled away, and smiled to her little brother. Oh how he looked so brilliant to her! She was jus happy everything was on the plus side. “I’m still so sorry…” she said after a moment, with a guilt. “I look at it on the bright side.” Adrian said softly, “At least you cared..”
The door bell rang, and Hazel wiped her tears, turning her head to the door, before looking to Adrian. “That must be Kevin..” She said softly, standing up from the ground so she can answer the door. Adrian rose an eyebrow, with a smirk. “Oh, dating him are we now?” he asked with a teasing voice. She simply blushed, and started walking out the door. “Noneya.” “Hazel and Kevin sitting in the tree..” but before Adrian could finish, he had to duck to the side before a pillow hit him square in the face. He laughed, they’re life was turning around. “K-I-S-S-I-N---” “ADRIAN!!!” a very embarrassed Hazel shouted, causing the growing teen to fall over laughing. Yup, they’re life was for the better.
It was a day after school on day, and Hazel decided to take Adrian out to the movies. It was a good day too, because Jenny had a day off, and was able to come with them. Adrian’s smile was even brighter on this day. A family outing… he thought happily, with his eyes wondering over the streets as they walked up to the move theater. It was close to they’re home after all, which was a good thing to take a brisk walk through the light breeze. They wondered into they’re seats in the movie theater, Jenny gently tapping they’re shoulders, catching they’re attention, as she went off to buy them snakes. Hazel held a delightful expression, she was happy. Her life was upside, her turmoil over with. She held a boyfriend, she held a family, and most of all, she held onto her happiness. Adrian smiled up to hear, leaning his head on her arm, as they watched the movie. It was until he felt something was wrong, and sat up only slightly, looking over heads, and tilting his head to the side. He squinted his right eye, getting vision through, and seeing something…that would wreck everything. That…f**king bastard. I’ma kill him. Up front, about three seats head of Adrian, and his sister, was Kevin. Hugging, kissing, cuddling with some other girl that he knew wasn’t Hazel for she was still next to him, watching the horror movie with a soft fright in her eyes, while Adrian simply stared at the screen, not even paying much attention.
It was while they walked home, did Jenny notice how uneasily, and tight Adrian was moving. His eyes squinted, and looking to the ground as if he was pissed the hell off. She gently pulled her dear boy to her, and knelt down in front of him, Hazel stopping, and looking to the two worryingly. “What is it baby?” Jenny asked softly, and Adrian whispered so Hazel wouldn’t hear. “…I’ll tell you later…” he hugged his arms around her neck, and Jenny lifted him up. He was light weight after all. Hazel looked to her worryingly, and Jenny just shook her head with a soft smile. “He’s sleepy.”
It was midnight, Adrian snuck out of his room, quietly creeping into his mother’s room, and walked up tot eh side of the bed. He gently shook her, so no to wake her up so fast, and looked distressed about his thoughts. He didn’t know why he was thinking so morbidly, but he kept them to himself. Jenny’s eyes softly opened, and she looked over to Adrian with a worried expression, remembering the dear boy was distressed while coming home from they’re outing. “What is it sweetie?” she asked softly, sitting up. “I…saw Kevin in the movie theaters today…” Instantly she pulled Adrian to bed with her, gently placing a hand on his cheek. “What did you see?” she asked calmly, looking into his eyes. Adrian sighed sadly, and leant against her. “He…was with someone…some other girl…mommy I don’t want Haz hurt…” Adrian whimpered, his voice keeping at a gentle whisper. She wrapped her arms tight around her son, rubbing his back softly. “Why didn’t you point it out to Hazel?” she asked softly, comforting him at best. “I didn’t…I didn’t want her not to smile…I really didn’t want to see her upset mommy…” he cried softly, but his voice was ever so soft into a whisper. It would have seen as hours, as Jenny held her son, not caring that he was making her stay up ever so the late when she held work on the next day. Her son was important. He slept against her, and she laid him down with her, gently holding him so he wouldn’t fall off the large bed. Adrian dreamed soundlessly, but in his mind, he held a nightmare. In that nightmare, held death.
It was the next day, Adrian knew Hazel found out, the way she looked to him so sadly, faking a smile. He knew her smiles by the heart, and they always held a brightness to her. Her skin was pale, her eyes dulled. He knew it, and it gave him so many thoughts, morbid, and dark as he walked home with her. He didn’t like his sister upset, and he’d be damned if he allowed her to be like that. But he couldn’t help her…she didn’t want the help. She felt…as if she wasn’t allowed to be happy what so ever. A gently kiss was given to Adrian’s cheek, before she went into her room. Adrian bit his bottom lip, and wondered inside of his own room, placing his back pack near his bed, his sigh lingering in the room as he sat down at the edge of his bed. It was when he heard the thrashing, the cries, and whimpers coming from his sisters room, did he tense. He looked to the wall that turned into his sister’s room, and ran out of the room himself, looking to the door , watching as it was being kicked, and punched repeatedly. He heard glass shatter,-it was a mess.

He didn’t know what to do, who to call, who to look for, and then it hit him. His mother. He ran into his mother’s room, finding her business card by the phone, and calling as quick as he could. He didn’t want Hazel to hurt herself…he didn’t want that.
Adrian heard his heart beating in his ears. His eyes watered, as he gasped finally hearing his mother’s voice. “Mark and Roger’s law firm--” “Mommy! Please come home mommy…” Adrian cried out, whimpering. Jenny seemed to have gasped, but then spoke calmly. “Sweetie, what’s wrong?” she asked, coaxing him to calm down with her voice, as a rustling of keys were heard in the background, and harsh clanking of heels on the floor. “It’s Hazel mommy, I’m scared. I don’t want her to get hurt…she found out..” he sobbed softly, trembling. “Calm down. Your in my room, right? Stay there. I’ll be there as fast as I can.” she said softly, and coaxed Adrian to hang up the phone.
About close to half an hour later, the front door opened, closing heavily, heels clicking the ground softly, and coming nearer to where Adrian laid. He was relieved. The door opened, and he ran to Jenny, crying against her. “Shhhh sweetie, it’ll be okay.” She said, and lifted Adrian up, putting him on the bed. She then placed the blanket over him, and walked back out of the room, to Hazel’s door, trying to turn the knob. When she discovered it was locked, she simply took a step back, and with all her might, kicked the door right under the knob. The whimpering, and cursing, and the pain that vibrated from Jenny, was enough to make the mother cry herself. Her daughter was torn, shattered. Nothing but a shell trying to survive. She cracked. The room was a complete wreck, causing Jenny’s eyes to squint. The light didn’t work, and guessed it was shattered as well. She opened the door fully, having the light from the hall to spill into the room, and she found her way to the untouched lamp, turning it on. To her horror, laying in the middle of the wrecked room, was Hazel. Her cheeks filled with tears and blood, her body…torn; deep cuts, and holes pierced, and decorated her skin, as her left hand held numbly onto a piece of glass. “Hazel!?! Oh my god!! Why?!” Jenny gasped out, dropping down at her daughter’s side, trembling in a fear. “I’m sorry…mom…I..I just…I..” Hazel chocked, her voice so hoarse and broken.
Adrian curled up even more, crying softly. It was a soft buzzing in his head that lowered his whimpering a bit. “It’s best if you don’t hear this.” a somewhat soft voice spoke, and Adrian didn’t care that everything went blank, and not a sound was made. He agreed with the voice. He didn’t want to hear it….it pained him to know…to know that his nightmare. Came true.
The ambulance, and police wondered around the house. He heard nothing. His mother cried as they pried her away from Hazel’s cold body. He heard nothing. The questions were asked, and nothing answered without a sob. He heard nothing. He laid there, still, staring at the walls, at the light that still dripped from the falling day, through the soft velvet of red curtains that draped over the windows. His mother walked in silently, while everything was calmed down. She was fully bathed, and dressed again, she looked so dreaded, so heartbroken, as she laid next to Adrian, hugging him ever-so close and loving. To her only son, her only child left. She lost two…she wasn’t going to loose Adrian. Adrian didn’t realize Jenny near him. The only thing he knew, was sweet revenge. The only thing he cared about, was making who killed Hazel, suffer. What he was dreaming about? Kevin’s death. His morbid thoughts ever so clear to him now.
At the funeral, Adrian held no tears. He stared at the casket, but the same way he stared at his father’s. No. It was with a love, it was with a hate, it was with emotion. He didn’t cry, but he held emotion. Jenny held him close, the dear boy, she knew how wrenched he was in the inside. “She was the only one capable of bringing your curse to an end.” a voice, a new voice spoke into his mind, causing Adrian to blink blankly. “Who are you?” He asked curiously, keeping his expression. “Call me Alexis. I’m your guardian.” the male’s voice, so soft and childish replied back to Adrian. Adrian merely blinked. “Alexis is my middle name…” “I know.. I’m the child you never was.” “Why is life so…hurtful?” Adrian asked blankly, his eyes were beginning to water. He didn’t want to cry, not again. “I don’t know, Adrian…I don’t know.” Adrian lowered his head softly, a gentle tear leaving him, before he caught Kevin’s voice. He looked up, narrowing his eyes, as Jenny herself, simply glared.
The funeral was over, and Adrian stood at his mother’s side at the door. It was painful. Kevin walked up to them, with a sad expression darkening his face. “I’m so sorry..” he whispered, causing a huff to come out of Adrian’s parted lips. “Yea right.” He murmured, a murmured meant to be caught. Kevin glared down at Adrian. The kid became difficult to him. “It wasn’t my fault.” he stated softly, trying not to sound irritated. “f**k you.” Adrian simply replied, crossing his arms over his shoulders. He was 14 now, older. Wiser, and taller, for he reached Jenny’s shoulder slightly. For she was just at 5’’9’. Jenny hugged her arms around him. “Shh, calm down honey.” she coaxed, before looking up to Kevin. “I told you. The psychiatrist told you. She was not stable. You knew what you were going into….Hazel was…still a lovely girl, and look what you ended up doing to her. It’s a harsh thing to say, but it was repeatedly reminded to you how unstable she was.” Jenny stated soundly, her eyes nothing but dark, and untrusting, as well as hurt at what he took no heed in. “I loved…love her.. I still do. I don’t…know what go into me.” Kevin looked down, and Adrian held no sympathy for the boy. All that happened was, he lost his sense of sound. “You lie.” was the two words that left Adrian’s lips, as he narrowed his eye even more, his black blindfold placed tightly over his left eye. Kevin spoke, but not a word got to him, it was when Alexis told him, that he huffed, and growled softly. “If you loved her. You wouldn’t have hurt her…going after some other chick with your tail between your legs. I saw you in the movie theater you cheat!” he seemed to twist his lips into a snarl.
Kevin was stronger, but Adrian felt just as strong. A sharp sound echoed into the room, Adrian eye seeming to melt into a sickening blood red, watching Kevin trip back from the sudden shock of the sound, and hit against the cross that held Hazel’s name, a family gift for the girl. “I. hate you. Di-” But before he could finish, he flinched, and seemed to recoil, holding his hands over his mouth, thick black threads pulling themselves slowly, and tightly over Adrian’s lips, cutting him off, for what seemed like for good. Jenny held her son, protectively, like ever mother should as she gasped in horror, and cried softly at Adrian’s condition, his eyes darkening tremendously, as the process was over with. Kevin was taken to the hospital, as well as Adrian, who whimpered as the doctors tried to undo the threads around his lips, coming up short with nothing, for the threads just regenerated over, and over again. In the end, they placed Adrian in a room, just a bit far off from Kevin’s room, after all. The kid was no threat. If only they knew.
Adrian laid asleep on his bed, his mother’s head laying besides him, asleep. He didn’t know Kevin was close by, but somehow, he felt it. His one good eye opened slowly, a dim amber color spilling from beneath the lids. He sighed, but something in him, something made him move. His feet gently swung over the ledge of the bed, his eyes focused on the outside. It was clear. He wondered down two doors down, to Kevin’s room, his mother having left to get something to eat, and some coffee. Adrian’s eye seemed to melt into a deep red, something not ever seen in a human, but he was a cursed human. A deep growl emitted from the core, making Kevin awake with a soft shock, as he looked to Adrian. Revenge isn’t the way… he took a step back, and just glared at him, the threads around his lips loosening only a bit, as a cold monotone voice spoke in the thin air. “Heed this, break another promise, and I will find out. Not only will I haunt you down….the spirits of those you harm, shall be at my side for your torture..” “C’mon Adrian, control yourself now..” a soft, calming voice snapped Adrian back into his own mind, and the boy turned, leaving the room. Leaving Kevin in a state of utter shock. Adrian climbed slowly back into his bed and curled near his mother. The life that awaited for him, the life he wasn’t expecting, or anybody was, was coming into play.
But if Did _________________________________________________ Dread the day that the Sense becomes the Senseless…
Two un-happy birthdays, and two un-merry Christmas’ later, and Adrian was sixteen. Everything was done about those dreaded threads around his lips, but his bitter-soul didn’t allow them to be removed. It was untill he started high-school, did the threads seem to slowly loosen, and bit by bloody bit, they were gone. His mother was happy, but he wasn’t. He was scared of what might come out of his mouth, and scare those around him. He became the outcast, broken, and lost. He didn’t know how to behave, and he kept no friends close to him. Alexis kept by him, coaxing, slowly calming down the anguish that melted into Adrian’s soul. It was painful for his mother to see him like this; so alone, so hurt, but he was making it. He was far, but he was getting there. There were times people lied to him, he went depth without a sound reaching him, saw something he didn’t like, he went blind. Not-so-nice words to speak, and the threads spread over him again. Adrian held no chance at living normally with it constantly happening. But he was trying.
Hating to see him go through so much, they packed up, and headed for a nice city, even if it was a bit far off from a dreaded city, called Ravenblack. Adrian felt that he’d fit in that city more, but voiced nothing. He held a few friends, and kept them close. The enemies he made, he kept them closer. He got straight A’s, and study hard. His mother was proud. And slowly, Adrian was returning to normal. Just the occasional threads around his lips. His only closest friend, Mara, knew about it all. And she comforted him. He couldn’t help but spill. It was one of those many moments where Adrian would just crack, and cry. Sadly, Mara was there. She didn’t pull away, but became closer to Adrian. Soon enough, Adrian held a crush for her. He was happy…she excepted the offer for a date, and they went out. It was probably a two month’s later, did Alexis’ voice whisper into his head while he laid awake. “Adrian…please, leave her. She’s going to hurt you.” Adrian wouldn’t hear it, he held too much faith in her, and everything began to crash down around him once again. The truth came, and she spilt. She was cheating on him with one of the popular guys in school. This tore Adrian up from the inside out.
“Are you not to do a thing to revenge your pain?” a dark voice whispered into Adrian’s mind, “Don’t listen, Adrian, it’s not right…please.”. But it was too late. He was torn, he was broken - he snapped. It was too his horror he woke up the next day with his cloths caked in blood, and him laying in his bedroom bathroom. He blinked his eyes, tears filling them. What did he do? “Just because the blood is in your hands, and caking your cloths…does not mean you did the kill.” spoke a very soft voice, who Adrian recognized it to be Alexis. He blinked, and look to the sink, where he saw a male with long silver hair, and deep silver eyes. His skin was angelically pale, and a sad smile fixed his lips. “Let’s move out…cops aren’t that smart.” Alexis moved out into Adrian’s bedroom, Adrian couldn’t help but blink as Alexis seemed to jut move on through the door. He himself stood up, and opened the door, changing his cloths. They fixed up a few items to take along, Adrian having to write a note to his mother. It was hardly readable, but he was sure she could read it. He didn’t want to leave her…she was her only joy left. But it was all he could do to stop her from a horror of the crime he committed. He took a gun that was his father’s, and his sister’s dagger. And headed off to the city of Ravenblack.
There his life became a new one. However, before that, he met a few. Learned a lot. Alex Wolfe, Sheyrena and Gabe. Three vampires, oh the joy. Adrian knew nothing of other species other then Humans, and Spirits. And with that, he was shocked to know a myth was true. So it meant to him, there were many other truths off of the once called myth’s. However, he didn’t allow these to sire him, he was too untrusting. He made only two friends, in which they’re names disappeared from they’re memory. But he remembered a sweet lady he met, by the name of Chiru. Other then that, the other’s were a mystery to him. Perhaps a week later, he met up with a person again, someone who Adrian wanted as a sire. Why? He felt the most trust to this one. His name was, perhaps still is - Kay Dessory. But it had to be a week after being sired, that Adrian disappeared from the city of Ravenblack. Where did he go? Greece.
Now, We live a Dream - To survive a Nightmare _________________________________________________ A God, A Goddess, A bitch, A Curse.
It was in Greece, did Adrian learn so much more about his curse. About who the voices was, and when they were revealed, things changed. He saw they’re spirits. Speak, the Goddess of Wisdom. Such a beauty did she hold, and she looked no more then 20 years old. Her skin ever so flawless, and her eyes held that of a motherly gaze towards Adrian. See, the God of Light. So young he looked, with flowing golden-silver hair, and bright blue eyes. So pale, and flawless his skin, and so much of a god he looked. He held nothing more but respect. Hear, the Goddess of Darkness. Her skin was grayish, and she was nothing short of beautiful. Her eyes a bright deep purple, and her hair, a deeper, blackish purple. But she was a down-right bitch to Adrian, and held nothing but hate. Adrian having changed to be such a sweetheart, and welcoming. But ever so the harsh to those that were nothing but rude, and unkind to him. He was fair.
They did a lot during they’re travels around Greece, Adrian learning the language rather quickly. His eyes wondered over the beauty of the lands, and as well of the people. They held they’re ‘mythology gods/goddesses’ well. Upon stumbling onto another library, they found much more books about the No Evil curse. Adrian finding spell books that allowed him to control the power, as well as Alexis who found a way to gain a body. Upon knowing this, Adrian was more then willing to help, so it was on the late night of they’re third month away, did they start the process. Adrian hid away into the woods, finding a cabin, and fixed all up. He killed himself two hours later. His soul having falling to the damned place, Hell. There, he spoke with the Devil’s right hand, and that’s where he came face to face with Lucifer himself. “I want Alexis with me…for as long as I’m alive, and I assure you, I’m going to be alive for a very long time. So take my voice in return, I summon a body, a body for my spirit to take host of.” and with that, he lost his voice, only gaining it when Speak would lead Adrian’s her own. Alexis gained a body, but Adrian gained a new oppression, but he would not allow Alexis to even feel bad about it. He returned to his own body, before it decayed, and placed his soul back into his heart where it belonged. He lived once again, and he hoped his sire didn’t feel him dead.
They continued the studies, Alexis speaking on Adrian’s behalf. He held no sound to his voice, he was truly mute. Until his gained his skill of telepathy, did he earn a voice to speak into the minds of people while moving his lips so not to sound ever so the strange.
In summery, he died three times, returning a mere hour later. Speaking from god to goddess. Akio came into the picture when Alexis snuck off to speak to Hermes. He earned the sprite by correctly answering a riddle. It was a hard one, mind you, and he got it. He wanted a pet for Adrian. Akio proved to be perfect, ever so the cute, and ever so annoying to Alexis himself. It had to be thinning out, the days they were to return back to Ravenblack, but before he left, Adrian came across Aphrodite, the Greek Goddess of love, and Zeus’s daughter. She held a motherly gaze to Adrian, and they spoke for what seemed like forever about Adrian’s life. It was then she pulled out from behind her a small box. “This I give to you, Adrian, from your mother. She holds such a strong love for you, that this little thing was created just for you.” she spoke softly, and sweetly. It was nighttime of course, Adrian never traveling during the day. Adrian took the box, hearing little ruffling sounds inside, till he opened the lid, and out popped a small head. It looked like a wolf, but it held red, and black fur. Such large red eyes, and it didn’t make much of a sound that sounded like a wolf. He merely mimicked Akio’s mewing. “It’s so cute…” Adrian muttered, taking the small thing into his arms, and instantly naming him Wolife. Aphrodite held such a beautiful smile, and hugged Adrian softly. “Your unlife will become better, little angel. You’ll see.” she spoke ever so lightly, and pulled away from him. He seemed to blush, but it was normal for Adrian.
It was a week later, and Adrian stepped foot back into Ravenblack. Nothing seemed to change to him, but he was wrong about that. He changed, and so did his sire. And so did his knowledge of having siblings. That same night he entered Ravenblack, did a bunch a small things happen. Well not small. They met a vampire, and Alexis was very wary into trusting, seeing as he seemed very powerful. Alexis was already planning to fall to hell once again just to keep Adrian alive enough to see his sire. But what they didn’t know, was that the vampire was they’re sire. It wasn’t till later on, did the recognition, and Speak allowed Adrian her voice to …well speak what he wanted voice. The dear boy was weak with using telepathy already, seeing as he was pushing off the need to sleep for a long time. He held a bad health, and would black out at random times, even when he’s fully rested.
Alexis wouldn’t really believe it, until thunder clapped, and a lady, who was God, of all people, appeared. Seemed to be scowling the vampire, who they learnt, was named DA. From then on out, they lived in the Draconimon mansion, happily still studying. A lot would happen, and a lot would pass, they knew that.
